CRITERIA THAT COVER RETURN & REPLACEMENT:

 

1)     Courier damage by third party courier service.

2)     Wrong item delivered.

3)     Wrong color delivered.

4)     Wrong size product delivered.

5)     Incorrect or partial order delivered.

6)     Missing parts or accessories.

7)     Varies from the description.

8)     Cartridge not accepted by the printers.

9)     Item delivered is defective / does not work properly

 

Note: - in case of the product to be replaced is out of stock , we will refund your amount   100%

 

    

             HOW TO REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT

 

IF YOU WANT TO APPLY FOR REPLACEMENT, YOU MAY SIMPLY ASK FOR REPLACEMENT BY DROPPING MAIL AT success_st@rediffmail.com or by creating Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number under customer service “Returns” page.

 

For quick resolution please provide some mentioned details on mail.

 

- order id number.

- 3 images of product.

- if there is compatibility issue then customer have to short video / photo showing   error message and Vitsa toner sticker label faced video / photo at time of installation.

 

Note:- our executive may ask further information , image or video of delivered product for validation with in 3 day from date of RMA.

 

 

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

 

-        IF FOR SOME REASON CUSTOMER HAS TO RETURN ITEM AND GET REFUND FOR SAME, HE / SHE HAS TO SENT ITEM PACKED WELL TO OUR WAREHOUSE ADDRESS:- 68/70 PERIN NARIMAN STREET, BAZAR GATE, FORT, MUMBAI – 400001

-        SHIPPING CHARGE IS TO BE PAID BY CUSTOMERS ITSELF FOR RETURNING ITEM.

-        WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND OF THE RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

-        REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED BASED ON THE MODE OF PAYMENT OF THE ORDER PROCESSED THROUGH CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD WILL REFLECT IN THE NEXT 3-7 DAYS IN CREDIT CARD / BANK STATEMENT.

 

 

  NOTE:-

        

                       Return / Refund Request Is Subject to Acceptance by Our Executive. Final Decision of Refund Amount Will Be Declared by Our Executive and It Is Non- Negotiable.

 

We Will Arrange Return Pickup for Damaged Item from Your Place, Once We Receive Returned Product, We Will Notify You. Then Let You Know If the Replacement Request Is Accepted or Not.

If Accepted: - We Will Ship Replacement for Same at Our Cost.

 

Customer Should Have Order Id Number or Invoice Copy for Replacement / Return / Refund.

Failing To Which No Request Would Be Accepted by Us.

 

If Customers Sent Item Return Directly to Us Without Any Confirmation About It. We Will Be Not Paying Any Kind, Of Courier Changes to It.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

IF CUSTOMER REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ORDER IF ORDER IS NOT SHIPPED THEN AS PER OUR POLICY 5% PAYMENT PROCESSING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT AND REMAINING WILL BE REFUNDED

IF THE CUSTOMERS ORDER IS DISPATCHED FROM OUR SIDE AND THEN IF THEY ASK

FOR CANCELLATION 5% PROCESSING FEE PLUS SHIPPING CHARGES (FORWARD / REVERSE BOTH) WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT AND REMAINING WILL BE REFUNDED

Ø  TAKE PHOTO FOR PARCEL BEFORE OPENING IT [ FOR SAFETY REASONS]

Ø  INSPECT YO0UR ORDER WITH INVOICE PLACED INSIDE PARCEL.

Ø  CONTACT IMMEDIATELY TO success_st@rediffmail.com / 7208101020 it the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item

Ø  COD above RS 1000 and below RS 4000 is accepted only.

Order above RS 4000 NEED TO BE PAID 1ST.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwarranted , unused , with tags, and in its original packaging you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
