IF YOU WANT TO
APPLY FOR REPLACEMENT, YOU MAY SIMPLY ASK FOR REPLACEMENT BY DROPPING MAIL AT success_st@rediffmail.com or by creating Return merchandise authorization (RMA)
number under customer service “Returns” page.
For quick
resolution please provide some mentioned details on mail.

product.
- if there is
compatibility issue then customer have to short video / photo showing error message and Vitsa toner sticker label
faced video / photo at time of installation.
Note:- our
executive may ask further information , image or video of delivered product for
validation with in 3 day from date of RMA.
